Questions
Can I use Pro in client work?
Yes. Use Pro components in as many personal and commercial projects as you like, including sites and apps you build for clients.
What can't I do with it?
Sell or give away the components themselves, whether as a kit, a template, a UI library, or a copy of the source. And keep your key to yourself: one license covers one developer.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
You keep every component you installed and can keep shipping it. New sets and updates stop, and the CLI stops downloading Pro components until you subscribe again.
Does anything in my app check the license?
No. The key is checked only when the CLI downloads Pro source or when you read it on this site. Installed files are plain components.
Who handles payment, tax, and invoices?
Polar, the merchant of record. It charges the right sales tax or VAT, emails your invoice, and runs the customer portal where you manage or cancel.
Where do I find my license key?
On the Polar receipt page, in the email that follows your purchase, and in the Polar customer portal.
